Welcome to my blog

Hello and welcome everyone! This is my first blog, and I am really excited to write some few words that can share with you. Usually I read someone’s blog daily, but I do not actually try to write and share some things about myself with anyone as a blog thread. So, I have to say thanks to my CS100W professor, Debra, who give me an opportunity to do this new experience to my computer life (actually it may be new to other people too even blog is already around for a long time as I know). Furthermore, I just find that it is so interesting to blog any good, special things and share them with all my friends.

Data Analysis is one of my expertise

Because this is my first blog, so let talk a little about me. I am currently a computer science student at San Jose State University, and this is my third semester after transferring from a 2-years community college. Since computer science includes a lot fields and areas, I choose data analysis as my main technical expertise. In this field, a data analyst is to get all needed data in real life and use it to make better decisions, which could help grow up a business, improve an explanation. In my opinion, I think the data analysis is highly valuable in the future. This is not only just in my thought but also a key motivation in my learning and growth in this field.

I see the most interesting thing in data analysis is to find a key solution to solve collected data to get best results. Does the solution work perfectly, or its effect change under different conditions? In addition, data analysis in computer science is more about building methods to find patterns, improve explanations, and apply hypotheses in real life. However, the most challenge that can tackle me as a computer scientist is how to apply software tools to real-life situation, and that is where everything gets tricky. It is not all about numbers, but it is how to use those numbers to solve any problem.
